Masa'opo 是什麼
Masa'opo，阿美族語「匯聚」。它是財團法人桃園市原住民族發展基金會發起的年度聚匯品牌 — 每年一度，把散落在山林、河岸與城市裡的族人與故事，重新聚在一起。
以「多元・共融・共榮」為信念，Masa'opo 不只是活動，而是一個持續生長的文化現場： 展覽、展演、影像、音樂、論壇與共創，在此交會成桃園原住民族的當代面貌。
Masa'opo, an Amis word meaning "to gather", is the annual gathering brand of the Taoyuan Indigenous Peoples Development Foundation — a living site where Indigenous cultures and contemporary creation converge.
為何是桃園
桃園是全臺都市原住民族人口最多的城市：復興區的泰雅原鄉、大嵙崁溪畔的移居聚落、 十六族齊聚的多族群街區，以及作為國門的國際機場，讓桃園同時擁有「原鄉」與「都會」兩種文化脈動。
山與河在此交會，遷徙與扎根在此並存 — 桃園本身，就是一場正在進行的匯聚。
Taoyuan holds Taiwan's largest urban Indigenous population — mountain homelands, riverside settlements and a gateway city, all converging in one place.
匯聚 Masa'opo
Masa'opo 以兩個層次展開：「聚匯大事件」是年度的核心現場 — 當代展覽、場域展演、 原嶼影展、音樂現場與文化・國際論壇；「共振計畫」則像水脈般流入日常 — 講座、工作坊、藝術共創與文化行動，讓匯聚不只發生在一週，而是全年持續共振。

靈觀
在原住民族的世界觀裡，山、河、作物與人並非彼此分離 — 土地是有靈的，祖先的訊息藏在風、水與季節之中。 Masa'opo 的視覺語言由此而來：等高線是山的呼吸，河流是遷徙的記憶，菱形圖紋是織布裡代代相傳的眼睛。
Mountains breathe in contour lines; rivers carry the memory of migration; woven diamonds are the eyes of the ancestors. Our visual language begins with this worldview.
Sakalemet ita
Sakalemet ita — 願我們共同安好。
這句祝禱是 Masa'opo 的精神底蘊：匯聚不是為了展示，而是為了彼此的安好 — 族人的安好、土地的安好、以及所有走進這座城市的人的安好。每一場聚匯，都以此為始，也以此為終。
A blessing that grounds every gathering: we gather not to display, but for the well-being of people, land, and everyone who walks into this city.
文化安全與敘事責任
誰能訴說一個族群的故事？Masa'opo 相信，答案永遠從族人自身開始。 我們與各族文化工作者、耆老與青年共同策劃內容，尊重祭儀的邊界與知識的歸屬， 不將文化簡化為符號或表演。
對於每一次的紀錄、轉譯與展示，我們承擔敘事責任：先取得同意，註明來源， 並讓詮釋權留在部落與族人手中。
Stories begin with the people they belong to. We co-curate with tribal elders and youth, respect ritual boundaries, and keep the right of interpretation with the communities themselves.
